Promotion newspaper for the festival, Le mini who. A substantial part of the Dutch underground and several international acts are showcased at numerous venues, varying from record stores, clothing shops, art galleries to old cellars, small bars and lunch rooms. This all finds place in and around one specific area in the city-center of Utrecht (NL). Out of this 'Voorstraat' (street) was created the 'Voorstaat' (state). A state with 5 different neighbourhoods and where each had their own newspaper with articles and jokes based on the acts that played in this area. With: Jimme Bakker.
