Hia is a graphic novel, conceived, written, and illustrated by Lamiae El Hajjaji. The story is written in English, translated into Arabic, and also uses Amazigh, a North African nomadic language. Amazigh features in the onomatopoeias and the easter eggs hidden in the images.’
